High Pressure Laminate (HPL) is composed of layers of kraft and decorative paper impregnated with thermosetting resins. It offers outstanding durability with superior resistance against impact, abrasion and general surface wear. Its surface is resistant to water and maintains its integrity even in the heaviest duty applications.
HPL is very hygienic thanks to its antibacterial treatment. Ideally suited to both horizontal (worktops, furniture) and vertical (doors, partitions) surfaces. Available in standard or post-forming grade, also with fire retardant grade available on request.
Taking into account above mentioned attributes, HPL surface is ideal finishing material because of its long lifecycle characteristics. Despite all sunlight, humidity, steam, heating, temperature changes, the finishing does not change its appearance and functions. HPL is available in a comprehensive range of sheet sizes. Availability is related to grade and surface finish.
